Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: I've enjoyed studio Ghibli since I was in my teens, and now my whole family loves Studio Ghibli. I would love to have ukiyoe of some of our favorite films to decorate the kids rooms. It would be great to share art and fun with the family in this way. So, please say 'yes'!

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: Why discourage your fans from expressing their love and adoration for your films than by encouraging them to create works of art inspired by your masterpieces. Many of Studio Ghibli's films have earned their place in the annals of history as some of the worlds most creative and inspirational animated stories. By encouraging artists to create and express the joy these movies instill, you are helping to encourage potential audiences who have not been exposed to your works to go out and support these classic works.

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: Your films are so rich and beautiful - and so very Japanese, which is a huge part of their appeal! A Japanese woodblock series of prints would be a beautiful tribute to the films and to the country from which they come; a blending of impactful, ancient and modern art forms.

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: I would love to see these recreations of classic ghibli scenes using traditional Japanese craftsmanship. I would purchase the whole set, and I wish to be able to see what all of the different prints would look like. I think that the work The Momuhankan workshop does will work well in tandem with these iconic scenes from studio ghibli

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: woodblock printing is a traditional Japanese art, and I think it's wonderful that a modern artist wishes to continue making traditional Japanese art of Japanese characters and scenes. Mr. Bull's woodblock prints are beautiful, and I think it would be a shame if Ghibli turned down an opportunity for their characters to be represented in such a classic and artistic way. There is a lot of art in Ghibli films, so I feel that moving still frames to another medium only compliments the films themselves. On a more pragmatic note, I think this is a good way for them to make some money, since Mr. Bull intends to compensate them for use of their intellectual property. I see no downside to this idea. Please allow Mr. Bull to make his beautiful woodblock prints!

I couldn't think of anything better for merchandising for studio ghibli, its tradition, respectful, and absolutely beautiful. I would have thought Miyuzaki himself would be proud to have prints like these for sale.
