Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: Seeing such deep and lovable characters put into a medium with "depth" as well would be one of the greatest collaborations of all time.

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: Both Ghibli and Ukiyoe present prominent Japanese culture. Ghibli presenting ‘modern’ aspects in which children nowadays spent lots of hours watching their works and Ukiyoe presenting ‘traditional’ aspects. Having a great piece of Ghibli artwork in Ukiyoe prints will give me great pleasure of having something that culminates both aspects.

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: I have been a fan of Studio Ghibli's work since I was a child. I am new to David Bull's work but from what I have seen of his craftsmanship this proposal is an incredible idea and I would love to see it to fruition.

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: As fans grow worldwide it is important to understand when a company stops being just a company and becomes a part of a culture and is an active culture communicator ambassador. as Japan has moved through time I have been awed by the way the old and the new combined and became a beautiful example to the rest of the world. David's work is a living example on how much Japan has opened its arms to the rest of the world he is a living proof of combining the old with the new and how we can maintain traditions alive. It would be an honor to have Ghibli's beautiful art with Japan's traditional art making style or visiting your museum in Mitaka and seeing this beautiful work. Knowing I helped both ghibli and Mr Davids vision of keeping a cultural part of Japan alive and knowing an ambassador of culture is very much an example to follow.

Ghibli look at the business side of this it makes sense! Say Yes!

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: To have these prints available to us would be a beautiful gift. I personally would purchase them, as would many of my colleagues. And think, these prints would be in display in people's homes, business, etc. Surely this can only improve your business and enlarge your fan base. It is a win-win situation for you Studio Ghibli! Please say "yes."

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: ghibli was my fist introduction to the beauty of Japan. Mononoke...Nausica...Totoro....Chihiro ...Sophie and Howl...these names are dear to my heart and were a part of my introduction to cultures beyond my own. Through them I have been lead to the beauty of kimono, sashiko, and more recently traditional wood block prints such as those created by David. I would honor a piece of Ghibli spirit combined with traditional Japanese crafsmanship in my home. It would be a memory of my past...the stories I am sharing with my children...and a beautiful cultural tradition at the same time. Please say "Yes"

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: These prints would have as much love and care put into them as your staff put into every Ghibli movie. They would be a wonderful way to enhance the Ghibli legacy by supporting a traditional art. Films set in Japan like My Neighbor Totoro (となりのトトロ), Princess Mononoke (もののけ姫), and Spirited Away (千と千尋の神隠し) could encapsulate Japanese culture and the beauty of Japan in a beautiful print. please, for fans and art-lovers, say yes!

Ghibli, say 'yes' please! Here's why: It's an obvious win for everyone involved. Fans of Studio Ghibli will love it and perhaps the Ghibli name will become even more well known around the world. And what more relevant way to capture the imagery than ukiyoe prints.

Studio Ghibli as a beacon of tradition in both animation and storytelling throughout the world, would definitly beneficiate with this project, not only in terms of divulgation but also as a symbol of sturdiness to all of us devoted fans of all these characters we growed up with.
